Severe vertigo

Vertigo has been a constant presence in my life, causing dizziness during specific activities like riding in the back seat of a car, going on roller coasters, or spinning around excessively. Over time, I learned to adapt and continue living my life despite this challenge.

However, approximately two years ago, I experienced a new level of extreme vertigo that was unlike anything I had ever encountered before. The first episode was perplexing, leaving me clueless about what was happening and how to cope with it. Everything around me seemed to spin relentlessly, regardless of whether I was sitting, lying down, or standing. Opening my eyes or making any movements only made it worse. I would often feel incredibly nauseous and sometimes even vomit.

The most frustrating aspect was the lack of effective treatment options provided by hospitals and doctors. Each visit would leave me with ineffective medications and referrals to various specialists, including an ENT who could only speculate and send me to other professionals. Unfortunately, none of their efforts yielded positive results.

I am still on this journey, but along the way, I have discovered that I am not alone. There are many others facing similar challenges. I urge you to share your story and any advice you may have on coping with this condition. Together, we can support one another on this difficult path.
